Graduation Leis

Alcohol Ink Projects

I was playing around with my alcohol inks and i decided to try to color this white square dish that i picked up from Pier One. i used blue, pink, red, and green alcohol inks to color this and it turned out pretty well but next time i would probably use a little bit more blue and less pink. of course you can always use an alcohol swab or plain alcohol to clean this dish back to the original white if u didn't like how it turned out. to make sure that this color doesn't ever come off i used mod lodge in the gloss finish to seal it. now it is a little dish that i use to hold some of my sequins and i really like it.

Then i wanted to try to ink up something that was clear. so i tried to ink up this mason jar using a green and a blue alcohol ink and it turned out nice as well. but to really see both of the colors you do need to put something white in the jar. so in the later pictures i put a white piece of paper in there so you could really see the colors.

Tiddly Inks: April DT Call

Tiddly Inks: April DT Call

Well this is a card that I made using one of my favorite tiddly inks images.

I hope you like my card and hope that you like my coloring.

It was all pretty simple. I just printed out the digital image (Wryn Spring Bling) that you can purchase from Tiddly inks and started coloring. I used some of my Spectrum Noir markers to do all the coloring and then I stamped the sentiment from Mama Elephant's In My Heart stamp set and added a few rhinestones. I made a purple A2 sized card and stamped the Haring-Bone background stamp from Hero Arts on the card using Versa Mark Dazzle in Champagne and mounted the colored image onto the card base and thats it.

Thanks for stopping by,
